Terms of Service
Last updated 5 August 2026
These terms govern your use of MedSpire(the "Service"), available at getmedspire.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What MedSpire is
MedSpire is a study tool for medical students. It provides practice questions, spaced-repetition drills, and study notes to help you revise.
2. Not medical advice, not a substitute for your course
MedSpire is a revision aid, not a source of medical or clinical advice. Nothing in the Service is intended to diagnose, treat, or guide the care of any patient, and it must never be relied on for clinical decisions.
Content is prepared and, in part, generated with the help of AI, and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. It is not a substitute for your official course materials, textbooks, or your instructors. Always verify anything important against an authoritative source before relying on it. You are responsible for how you use the material.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to hold a paid subscription.
- One account is for one person; do not share your login.
4. Free and paid plans
The Service offers a free tier and a paid "Premium" subscription. What each includes is described on the pricing page and may change over time. Where a change materially reduces what an active paid subscriber already pays for, we will give reasonable notice.
Payment, billing periods, renewals, and cancellation are covered in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the questions, notes, or other content, or make them available to non-subscribers.
- Share, resell, or provide access to your account or the paid content to anyone else.
- Attempt to bypass the free-tier limits, the paywall, or any access control.
- Disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
- Use the Service for anything unlawful.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its original questions, notes, drills, software, and branding are owned by MedSpire and protected by law. Your subscription is a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own study — it does not transfer ownership of anything.
7. Content accuracy and availability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content is complete or accurate. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedSpire is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any exam outcome, arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. On termination, your right to use the paid content ends.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
